Bellefort Estates - LOCATION

Bellefort Estates is in Barangay San Miguel, Molino IV, Bacoor, Cavite. Going to and from this premium residential development is not a problem for residents and visitors because there are five access routes, including those that pass through the main Molino-Paliparan Road. Another option is to via Aguinaldo Highway through Molino Boulevard or via Salitran Road. There is also the option of going through Daang Hari Road from South Luzon Expressway (SLEX). With new road constructions underway, this property will soon be less than an hour away from Manila.

In terms of transport options—there are jeepneys, UV Express vans, taxis and multi-cabs plying routes to and from Manila and even Laguna. The airport is also approximately 45 minutes away. A main concern for homeowners when choosing a property location is accessibility to schools, hospitals and lifestyle centers. This is especially true for those with school-age kids. At Bellefort Estates, this is never going to be an issue as it is strategically located near reputable schools, hospitals, churches, malls and leisure spots.

Nearby schools include De La Salle University Dasmarinas, San Beda College Alabang, St. Michael School of Cavite, St. John Fisher Academy, S.V. Montessori, Elizabeth Seton South, and University of Perpetual Help, among others.

Nearby places of worship include St. Joseph Parish Church, Bacoor Cathedral, Iglesia ni Cristo and Sto. Nino de Molino Church.

Accessible hospitals include Asian Hospital and Medical Center, De La Salle Medical Center, Alabang Medical Center, Molino Doctors' Medical Center and Imus Medical Center.

For weekends and long holidays, and even just for regular shopping errands, families, couples and friends can choose from these lifestyle centers and leisure desinations: Orchard Golf Course, Circle Island Resort, Paradiso Terestre, Evia Lifestyle Center, The District Ayala Mall, Island Cove, SM Molino, RFC Molino, Puregold Imus and Robinsons Imus, to name a few.

The city of Bacoor is dubbed as the “gateway to Cavite.” Historically, it also bears significance as the first capital of the Emilio Aguinaldo’s Revolutionary Government. Bacoor is home to Bahay ni Tisa, also known as the first Malacañang. The house is owned by Juan Cuenca and Candida Chaves, and it is where Emilio Aguinaldo stayed for months during the early days of the revolutionary government. Aside from being a headquarters, the house is also witness to events that led to the Malolos Convention.

The city is teeming with family- and tourist-friendly sites that add vibrancy to living in this city. One popular destination is the Molino Dam where visitors can dine on floating restaurants. It is located in Barangay Molino 3. The dam was built by the Spaniards in the 18th century, and two rivers pass through it—Don Celia River and the Molino River. Another go-to in Bacoor is the St. Ezekiel Moreno Park. St. Ezekiel Moreno is an Augustinian Recollect who served the people of Bacoor.

For families who enjoy spending time outdoors, the city has the Bacoor Family Eco-Park which is in Barangay Molino 5. Here, families can relax and have a picnic in one of the kubol-type huts or go to the lagoon for fishing and boat riding. Kids can run around and play, and adults can also look at the general merchandise sold by local vendors. Admission is free and a new multi-purpose hall can now host meetings and larger social gatherings.

For the devout and the religious, they can visit the church of St. Michael The Archangel, which was built in 1669. Amazingly, it was built using nipa leaves, straws, bamboo and, in the absence of cement, duck egg whites. This church was once known as the oldest in Cavite. At Bellefort Estates, residents can enjoy quick and easy access to modern conveniences while going home every day to a serene environment and a secure community.
