Bellefort Estates offers five housing models.

  • The Celeste is a three-story model with 80 sqm. in floor area and 120 sqm. in lot area. It has provisions for four bedrooms, three toilets and bath, a family room, a living area, a dining area, a kitchen, maid’s quarter, up to two car garages and a laundry and service area. This model has a painted sandblast finish with stone accent for the exterior wall. Inside, the walls are painted with plain cement finish. The toilets and bath are tiled, while the kitchen tower is fitted with a stainless sink. The sliding windows have an aluminum frame and the concrete stairs come with wood planks. The handrail is a combination of wood and decorative steel. All floors are tiled with ceramic, while the roof is tiled with concrete on top. Underneath, there’s GI sheet to protect against heat and to dampen sound during heavy rains. It’s a sturdy double roof that will keep the family literally and figuratively covered for a long time. Homeowners can opt to install a balcony upon turnover, and for the garage, a fence can be installed for added security. The Celeste also features a family courtyard so families and neighbors are encouraged to bond and develop stronger ties as part of a community. There are vast spaces for kids to run and play around; there is good ventilation and residents can enjoy abundant natural light.
     
  • The Charlotte is a two-story model with 166 sqm. in lot area and 65 sqm. in floor area. It is available in two colors—cream and maroon. The ground floor is where the dining area, living area, kitchen, toilet and bath, laundry and service area, and carport are located. On the second floor is where the master’s bedroom is, two more bedrooms, and another toilet and bath. The house finishing is more or less the same as the Celeste, with the second floor featuring PVC tiles. A balcony can also be installed, and the car port, which can fit up to two cars, can also be fitted with a fence for enhanced security. As in all other models in Bellefort Estates, the Charlotte also features a linear park which essentially means easy access to a communal courtyard so kids can have fun in the sun and residents can forge stronger bonds.
     
  • The Sabine is a two-story model with 110 sqm. in lot area and 85 sqm. in floor area. It has provisions for four bedrooms and two toilets and baths. An optional balcony can also be installed, and the car port can fit up to two cars. Even with a fence installed, there is still ample space for a garden. The housing configurations are similar to the other models, including the double roofing. It also gives homeowners access to the linear park.
     
  • The Vivienne model is a two-storey house with 140 sqm. in lot area and 110 sqm. in floor area. It’s the ideal unit for a bigger family—it has provisions for five bedrooms, three toilets and baths and up to three cars in the garage. This model is available in yellow and blue. The optional balcony can also double as a shade for the cars. Housing configurations, fittings and fixtures are more or less the same except the Vivienne also has a lanai.
     
  • The Beatrice is a two-storey model with a 60 sqm. lot area and 90 sqm. floor area. It has provisions for three bedrooms, three toilets and baths and up to two cars in the garage. Housing configurations are the same as the other models, including optional balcony, fence for the garage and access to the linear park.
